Refund Policy

1. Rejected Advertisements

If an advertising request is rejected during manual review due to prohibited content, any confirmed received funds will be refunded to the original payment source minus applicable network processing fees.

2. Confirmed & Published Advertisements

Once an advertisement space has been verified and rendered live on the pixel wall, the purchase is final and non-refundable due to the permanent allocation of digital inventory.

3. Incorrect Network Transfers

PixelRise is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect wallet addresses or unsupported blockchain networks.
